We’re Eric and Sara Vevang, married and raising four kids. Like most parents, we want the energy to keep up with them today and the health to be there for them for decades.
Eric has spent his career building companies, and he lives by four Fs, in this order: faith, family, fitness and finances. He has summited Kilimanjaro. Sara walked her own fitness transformation as a busy mom. We both know the daily habits matter most. We also know habits are not always the whole story, and sometimes the right next step is a physician.
Getting that help too often means waiting weeks for an appointment, learning the price only after you hand over your card, paying a membership on top of the medication, and reading ads that promise more than any medicine can. We built VevaMD in 2026 to be the opposite.
VevaMD is a technology company. Physicians review your answers and make every medical decision, and licensed pharmacies fill and ship. We own everything around that: one honest price, pages that tell you what the research really shows, and coaching that helps a plan stick.

Coaching chats are on Google Meet and are not medical visits. Coaches do not prescribe or give medical advice.
Eric's four Fs, in his order, are how we run our home. They are also how we run VevaMD.
Faith comes first in our home, and it shapes how we run this company: tell the truth, treat people with dignity, and never sell something we would not stand behind.
We built VevaMD for parents and partners. Couples can each start their own private intake and get their own physician decision, and every page is written the way we would explain it to family.
Medicine works best alongside the basics: moving every day, lifting, eating well and sleeping. Members can book time with a lifestyle coach, Eric for men and Sara for women, to build the habits that make a plan stick.
Health care should not come with financial surprises. Every price is published, one monthly price covers your physician review, medication and shipping, there is no membership fee, and you get a full refund if you are not prescribed.
We respect the evidence. Our pages cite their sources, every compounded option says "not FDA-approved," we never borrow brand-name trial results for compounded medicine, and when the research is early, we say so.
