Refund Policy

Not prescribed

If the clinician decides treatment isn't right for you and no prescription is written, we refund your first payment in full.

After your prescription goes to the pharmacy

Your medication is prepared for you and can't be returned, so that month's payment isn't refundable. If the pharmacy can't fill or ship your order, we refund that month.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your My VevaMD page or by contacting us, with no fees. Cancelling stops the next charge. It doesn't refund a month you've already paid for.

Charged by mistake

Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@vevamd.com or call (888) 275-1703. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
