What is VevaMD?
VevaMD is a premium telehealth platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers for weight loss (GLP-1), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy (HRT), erectile dysfunction treatment, and peptide therapy. Everything is done online — consultations, lab coordination, prescriptions, and monthly medication delivery to your door.
How is VevaMD different from other telehealth platforms?
VevaMD is built for individuals and couples. Our Household Plan is the first telehealth offering that bundles His and Her treatments into a single account with coordinated care, shared dashboards, and priority support. Every patient is treated by a licensed physician — not an algorithm or chatbot. We also include lab work coordination and monthly medication delivery in every plan at one transparent price.
What states is VevaMD available in?

Who are VevaMD providers?
All VevaMD providers are board-certified physicians and licensed nurse practitioners who specialize in hormone health, metabolic medicine, and preventive care. Every case is reviewed by a real clinician who evaluates your health history, lab results, and treatment goals before making any prescribing decisions.
Do I need to visit a doctor's office?
No. The entire VevaMD experience is online. Your consultation happens via telehealth video or asynchronous review. Lab work can be completed with an at-home kit shipped to your door or at a nearby partner lab location. Medications are delivered monthly to your home.

What treatments does VevaMD offer?
VevaMD offers five core treatment lines: GLP-1 weight loss (semaglutide and tirzepatide), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women, erectile dysfunction medication, and peptide therapy (including sermorelin, NAD+, and CJC-1295/Ipamorelin). Peptides are available as an add-on to any base plan.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with the online health assessment. Based on your answers, a licensed provider will evaluate your candidacy and recommend the most appropriate treatment path. You will have the opportunity to discuss options during your telehealth consultation before any prescription is written.
How long does it take to see results?
Results vary by treatment and individual. GLP-1 weight loss patients often notice reduced appetite within the first few weeks, with measurable weight loss typically starting within the first one to two months. TRT and HRT patients may begin noticing improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within four to six weeks. Your provider will set realistic expectations during your consultation.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes. Peptide therapy is available as an add-on to any base plan. Couples can also bundle treatments through the Household Plan. Your provider will review your full health profile to ensure that any combination of treatments is safe and appropriate for you.
Pricing & Billing
How much does VevaMD cost?
Plans start at $149 per month for ED treatment, $249 per month for TRT or HRT, and $349 per month for GLP-1 weight loss. The Household Plan bundles His Plan (TRT + ED) and Her Plan (HRT) for $399 per month, saving $99 per month compared to individual plans. Peptide add-ons start at $99 per month. Every plan includes provider consultations, lab coordination, monthly medication delivery, and ongoing optimization.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA?
VevaMD does not bill insurance directly. Our all-inclusive monthly pricing is designed to be more affordable and convenient than most in-network alternatives when you factor in separate office visits, lab orders, and pharmacy runs. In most cases, treatments prescribed by a licensed physician qualify as eligible medical expenses under HSA and FSA plans. We provide itemized receipts for reimbursement.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
No. Every plan is billed monthly at one transparent price. There are no enrollment fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Safety & Privacy
Is VevaMD safe?
Patient safety is our top priority. All treatments require lab work and provider oversight before prescribing. Your provider monitors your bloodwork, adjusts dosing as needed, and is available for questions throughout your treatment. All medications are compounded by state-licensed US pharmacies using FDA-approved ingredients. Like all prescription medications, treatments carry potential risks and side effects that your provider will discuss with you.
Is my health information secure?
Yes. VevaMD is fully HIPAA compliant. All health data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to your medical records is restricted to your assigned care team. We never sell your personal health information to third parties.
What if I experience side effects?
If you experience any adverse effects, contact your VevaMD care team immediately through the platform messaging system. Your provider can adjust your dosing, modify your protocol, or recommend next steps. For medical emergencies, always call 911 first. Your care team is available around the clock for non-emergency concerns.
