The price covers your physician review and, if you are prescribed, the medication and shipping. TRT is $387 every 3 months with labs and video visits included, or $149/mo plus a $99 setup fee. Brand Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo have a VevaMD membership: $149 a month, or $237 every 3 months ($79/mo. Save $210 versus paying monthly.) You pay the manufacturer for the medication. Every other plan has no membership or visit fee on top. The only one-time fee is the $99 setup on the TRT monthly plan, which covers your first labs and first physician visit. The TRT quarterly plan has no setup fee.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide cost the same at every dose. The VevaMD membership for Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo does not change with the dose. You pay the manufacturer their self-pay price for that medication. Your physician chooses the dose, and you see the VevaMD price before you pay.

Compounded medication is prepared for one patient by a state-licensed pharmacy under Section 503A. Compounded finished products are prepared by state-licensed U.S. pharmacies and are not FDA-approved as finished products.
