Please review these terms carefully before using the VevaMD platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VevaMD website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VevaMD. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.
2. Description of Services
VevaMD is a wellness technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations, lab work coordination, prescription management, and medication delivery. Services include, but are not limited to, GLP-1 weight loss therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy (HRT), erectile dysfunction treatment, and peptide therapy. VevaMD does not itself provide medical services. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on the Platform is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
Treatment through the Platform is not guaranteed. All prescriptions are subject to provider approval based on a clinical evaluation of your individual health profile, medical history, and lab results. A provider may determine that a particular treatment is not appropriate for you.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. VevaMD does not provide emergency medical services.
4. Payment Terms
All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your first payment is charged at the time of enrollment and covers your initial consultation, lab order coordination, and first month of medication once prescribed. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month.
Prices are listed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. VevaMD does not store your full credit card information on our servers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees, early termination penalties, or long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your access to provider messaging and scheduled appointments will continue through the end of your current billing period. Medications already shipped are non-returnable. If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, you may do so without repeating the full onboarding process, subject to a brief provider review.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VevaMD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or services.
VevaMD is a technology platform and does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers. VevaMD is not liable for the medical decisions, advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions of these independent providers. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to VevaMD in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
