- What the quarterly bill covers
- Medication, labs, and visits for that 3-month period, if a physician prescribes. The monthly plan’s $99 setup is the lab kit and the first doctor visit. The $149 is the monthly plan after that.
Refunds
- Not prescribed. If the physician decides treatment isn't right for you and no prescription is written, we refund your first payment in full. Any setup fee is also refunded in full.
- After your prescription goes to the pharmacy. Your medication is prepared for you and can't be returned, so the payment for that billing period isn't refundable. If the pharmacy can't fill or ship your order, we refund that billing period.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your My VevaMD page or by contacting us, with no fees. Cancelling stops the next charge. It doesn't refund a billing period you've already paid for.
- Charged by mistake. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
